Delivery Policy
If you have a unique delivery situation (narrow staircases or doorways) or have a question about delivery please reach out to furnitureenvysofas@gmail.com.
Our white glove delivery partners will do their best to deliver at convenient for you time, they will reach out to you as soon as they have your order to arrange the delivery date. If you need removal of your old sofa, you can arrange it with our delivery partner for additional fees.

Returns
Custom orders are not returnable. But we would do our best to solve your situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at no charge within 3 days of placing your order.
